  • 6 Raspberries
  • 60ml Beefeater Gin
  • 25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15ml cane sugar syrup
  • 10ml Pasteurised egg white
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Method
Add all ingredients to mixing glass. Fill with ice. Shake vigorously then fine strain into a champagne flute. Garnish with a raspberry.
