- 50ml Angostura 7 year old rum
- 1/4 diced pink grapefruit, with skin on
- 1 juice and pulp of one whole passion fruit
- 2 barspoons of soft, brown sugar
Method
Muddle the pink grapefruit and passion fruit with the sugar in a boston. Add cubed ice and shake vigorously. Single strain into a rocks glass. Cap with fresh cubed ice and garnish with half a squeezed passion fruit.
