  • 50ml Beefeater Gin
  • 25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15ml Cane sugar syrup
  • 10ml Pasteurised egg white
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Shake vigorously then strain into a Rocks glass over fresh, cubed ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry.
