  • 20ml Angostura white rum
  • 20ml Angostura 5 year old rum
  • 20ml Angostura 7 year old rum
  • 15ml vanilla syrup
  • 50ml freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice dash Angostura Bitters
  • 6 grates of Tonka bean
  • tonic water, to top

Method
Shake all of the ingredients in a boston with fresh cubed ice. Double strain into a sling glass which has been pre-filled with fresh cubed ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with a pink grapefruit slice and grate the Tonka bean directly over the top.
