red snapper

• 40ml Beefeater Gin
• 10ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 10ml Worcestershire sauce
• 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
• 1 Pinch of Celery salt
• 5 Rounds of cracked black pepper
• 1 Small pinch of finely chopped horseradish
• 120ml Tomato Juice

Method
Wipe a lemon slice around the rim of a highball glass and dip into a mixture of sea salt and ground black pepper. Add all ingredients to mixing glass. Fill with ice and gently roll the shaker around to mix all the ingredients. Fill the glass with cubed ice and strain the mixture over. Garnish with a lemon slice
