- 40ml Beefeater Gin
- 10ml Cherry Herring
- 10ml Benedictine
- 10ml Cointreau
- 5ml Grenadine syrup
- 15ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 75ml Pineapple juice
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
Fill a sling glass with cubed ice. Put all ingredients into a mixing glass and shake hard. Strain mixture into glass and top with soda water and re-cap with cubed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
